SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Marion Fire orders will be delivered to the Marion Fire Department at no charge when the order is complete.

Prestige and CRAG Gymnastics orders will be delivered to their respective offices at no charge when the order is complete.

All other orders will be charged a $15 shipping fee for anywhere in the continental United States.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All customers will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For all other orders you will be notified once the are ready for pick up or if they have been delivered to the studio.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders for vinyling, rhinestoning, screenprinting, and embroidery are available. Please contact me directly by phone or e-mail with requests.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal pages created for your company will be password protected for your privacy. A password will be provided to you to distribute to those you would like to view the pages. No current items you have available for sale to your clients will be posted on the website as examples or for future general orders. Once your order is complete and an item is no longer for sale, Brooke's Embroidery reserves the right to post pictures of your items for advertising and example purposes only.
