Thank you for visiting the Team Mike apparel page.  All proceeds from the apparel will go to Mike and his family to help with any expenses they have during this difficult time.

or choose TEAM DELIVERY and orders will be picked up by a designated person and distributed at the Surgery Center.  Once your order is complete you will receive an email/text.

You may also have your order shipped for an additional fee.
